Day 1
In the morning participants’ arrive in Spoleto – lunch at restaurant in the town’s historical center - guided visit of ancient Roman and Longbard Spoleto: Roman Theatre, Druso’s Arch, Albornoz Castle and Cathedral – 3* hotel accommodation in Monteluco or Spoleto – dinner and overnight
Day 2
Breakfast and departure to Norcia, gastronomic capital of Truffle and salami production “The Norcineria tradition” – guided visit of St.Benedict’s hometown and at the typical local food stores – Chocolate’s factory visit, discovering the old knowledge to manufacture cocoa’s seeds brought by benedectine monks in the 8th cent. AD. – lunch at restaurant in Norcia – departure to Cascia and Roccaporena, the hometown of St. Rita – back in Spoleto – dinner and overnight.
Day 3
